The first thing I would suggest is to forget about any suggestions from Native Germans. Go wild and use a 2-page format with an introduction, skills and notable achievements section.  Presume at all times that the reader speaks excellent English, or in most cases that the HR Manager or Recruiter is actually a native English speaker themselves.  This will almost certainly be true when targeting some of the many start-up scenes across Germany in Berlin Mitte, Munch, Hamburg and other major cities.

Stay away from both of these badly thought-out CV Writing formats, especially if your German language skills are not perfect.
